Jakira Scott and Ashley Flete Earn 2025 Domi Innovation Award Nominations for Trailblazing Leadership

The Domi Innovation Awards, a signature celebration of local entrepreneurial talent, will honor two inspiring women leaders, Jakira Scott and Ashley Flete, as nominees at its 2025 awards ceremony taking place Wednesday, April 10, at 5:30 p.m. at Capital City Country Club in Tallahassee, Florida.
Jakira Scott, founder of Amor De Lona, has been recognized for her work uplifting the visual arts community through curated exhibitions and brand development for emerging artists. Her commitment to empowering creatives and redefining how art is consumed has positioned her as a rising innovator in Florida’s cultural scene.
Ashley Flete, founder of Wink Fairy Lashes, is being honored for her impact in the beauty industry and community service. Her brand, rooted in the belief that “beauty meets confidence,” has grown into a local staple. Flete also uses her platform to lead Feeding Friends, a grassroots initiative that supports unhoused individuals and fosters community-based care.
