On Wednesday, January 21st at 6 PM, we celebrated the opening of Alexan Ludlam Trace with the Sunset Soirée. This event was more than just a soft opening; it was a heartfelt invitation to residents, neighbors, local businesses, and key stakeholders. We wanted to create a space that truly embodies the essence of community in Coral Gables.

The Sunset Soirée was thoughtfully designed to go beyond a traditional grand opening. We focused on meaningful connections, cultural expression, and neighborhood engagement. This event set the tone for how Alexan Ludlam Trace aims to be an active and invested member of the surrounding community.

We welcomed 132 guests to the event, including current and prospective residents, community partners, vendors, creatives, and local business owners. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement and openness. It reinforced the importance of creating spaces where people feel connected to both place and purpose.
