Annual Community Celebration Brings Together Residents, Local Businesses, and Community Partners for an Evening of Music, Culture, and Connection



Alexan Kendall is bringing the community together once again with BAILA! – Beats, Bites y Buena Vibra, an annual celebration of culture, music, food, and neighborhood connections. The event invites residents and the surrounding community to enjoy an evening of live entertainment, local partnerships, delicious cuisine, and family-friendly fun while celebrating the people and organizations that make Kendall such a vibrant place to call home.


The celebration will take place on Friday, August 14, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Alexan Kendall South Clubhouse, located at 9030 SW 158 Avenue, Miami, FL 33196.


More than just a neighborhood gathering, BAILA! reflects Alexan Kendall's commitment to creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, celebrate diversity, and strengthen relationships among residents, local businesses, and community organizations.
