Alexan Ludlam Trace celebrated their opening with Sunset Soirée on Wednesday, January 21st at 6 pm, a community-forward soft opening experience designed to welcome residents, neighbors, local businesses, and key stakeholders into the heart of the new luxury residential community in Coral Gables.
The Sunset Soirée was intentionally curated to go beyond a traditional grand opening. The evening focused on meaningful connection, cultural expression, and neighborhood engagement, setting the tone for how Alexan Ludlam Trace plans to show up as an active and invested member of the surrounding community.
A Strong Community Turnout
The event welcomed 132 guests, including current and prospective residents, community partners, vendors, creatives, and local business owners. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere reflected a sense of openness and excitement, reinforcing the importance of creating spaces where people feel connected to both place and purpose.
