Nothing brings us more joy than seeing our client excel and represent with passion, poise, and authenticity. This weekend, our very own, media maven and influencer Ashley Flete, showcased her talent and professionalism at Florida A&M University’s 2025 Commencement ceremony.
Ashley, an influential media personality and proud member of FAMU’s esteemed Communications team, shined brilliantly behind the scenes. Tasked with supporting powerhouse commencement speaker Fawn Weaver—Founder and CEO of Uncle Nearest—Ashley exemplified the true spirit of Rattler excellence.
From escorting Fawn through the event to coordinating essential moments, Ashley brought her characteristic professionalism and warmth to the occasion, ensuring every aspect flowed seamlessly. Fawn Weaver’s powerful commencement speech captivated the entire audience, including our team, delivering heartfelt messages that resonated deeply and left everyone inspired.
In true Weaver fashion, her speech was powerful, well-spoken, authentic, and genuinely empowering —resulting in a powerful moment that will linger long beyond graduation day.
As an agency, we couldn’t be prouder of Ashley. She consistently exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and pride, effortlessly representing herself, her brand, our agency, and the exceptional legacy of Florida A&M University. This year alone, Ashley has achieved remarkable milestones—from co-hosting Gymshark’s largest fitness experience in Miami to significantly growing her personal brand and business. Each accomplishment has led her to this incredible moment, supporting and sharing space with visionary leaders like Fawn Weaver.
Ashley, your Lipstickroyalty family sees you, celebrates you, and is incredibly inspired by the extraordinary way you represent excellence at every opportunity.
Congratulations to Ashley, Fawn Weaver, and the entire FAMU graduating class of 2025!
This was such an epic moment ! We love our #whiskeyfam!
