About the Role & Requirements
Lipstickroyalty Agency Inc. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Lead Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events and activations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and hospitality, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and deliver exceptional experiences that align with client goals and brand standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-ups. You will ensure that each event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget, while fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining the agency’s reputation for excellence and innovation in event production.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
Lead the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and logistical plans.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
Team Leadership:
Supervise on-site event staff, including setup crews, brand ambassadors, and support teams.
Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure all team members meet performance and service standards.
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings to improve future events.
Client & Vendor Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning and execution phases.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring quality service and favorable pricing.
Ensure all events align with client branding, goals, and expectations.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within allocated limits.
Source and negotiate with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Oversee inventory of event materials and supplies.
Problem-Solving & On-Site Management:
Anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans.
Manage on-site logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during events.
