Alexan Kendall will celebrate its one-year anniversary with an immersive, Coquito-themed holiday community event on December 10 at 6 p.m. Residents, neighbors, local organizations, and businesses from the Kendall and Hammocks areas are invited to join an evening centered on culture, community, and holiday spirit. The celebration marks a milestone year highlighted by strong occupancy, resident engagement, and ongoing investment in elevated living experiences.
Since its opening, Alexan Kendall has emerged as one of the area’s premier luxury multifamily communities, distinguished by modern architecture, upscale interiors, and an expanded amenities program that elevates the standard of contemporary living.
