Alexan Kendall Celebrates Milestone Year With Coquito Holiday Experience

Alexan Kendall, in partnership with The LipstickRoyalty Agency, will host its highly anticipated Coquito Holiday Celebration tonight at 6 p.m., marking the luxury community’s one-year anniversary and a milestone year of resident growth, cultural engagement, and community connection.
The event is expected to draw hundreds of attendees, including residents, families, local leaders, local organizations, and media. Tonight’s entertainment lineup features DJ Don Marco, delivering a global mix of music and a special performance by Yuly Fabian “El Mujerón” y su Orchestra, presenting a live cultural showcase rooted in holiday tradition. The event will also include Coquito tastings, food activations, winter-inspired photo stations, shop-local vendor experiences, a special demonstration by Wild Fork, and more.
This event reflects the momentum of Alexan Kendall’s first year, during which the community exceeded leasing expectations, strengthened resident relationships, and built impactful partnerships across West Kendall. The celebration has received support from dozens of local businesses and community organizations, including Wild Fork, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Olive Garden, Festival Supermarket, West Kendall Run Club, and additional partners.
