About the Role & Requirements
We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Specialist to assist with the planning and execution of high-profile events. This role offers hands-on experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in event setup, breakdown, and logistics management.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
Manage event materials, including signage, decor, and promotional items.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
