What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time/contract position, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role in the future. The location for this position may vary depending on the event, but we are primarily based in Miami, Fl and its surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:

As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with our director to ensure the smooth execution of events. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with event planning - from conceptualization to execution

2. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for event logistics

3. Managing guest lists and RSVPs

4. Setting up and tearing down event spaces

5. Communicating with attendees before

, during, and after events

6. Handling event registration and ticket sales

7. Assisting with event marketing and promotions on social media and other platforms


To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

1. A passion for event planning and execution

2. Excellent organizational skills

3. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

5. Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when needed

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

7. Familiarity with event management software is a plus
