Outreach

A glimpse of some of our outreach projects and campaigns.

Kids Fest Tally - Community building (Youth)

Kids Fest Tallahassee is an initiative to empower, support, and build the Tallahassee community and surrounding areas. Invited educational vendors such as Homeschool businesses, small businesses, and other local businesses were able to connect and patronize with those in attendance. The inaugural event took place on the campus of Florida A & M University where we served over 1K families with back to school supplies, free haircuts, important information, and empowerment to start a great school year. Due to COVID-19 we had to revisit the event until Fall of 2022. Supporters and partners included Tallahassee fire department, Tallahassee Police Department, Cricket Wireless, and USMC to name a few. The ultimate goal with this campaign was and is to empower black and brown communities who are often forgotten about, misjudged or misled.

Power Brunch Tour - Community building (Adults)

The Power Brunch Tour was founded by USMC veteran and philanthropist Ayla Madison, as well as, Shawn Nelson of Lipstickroyalty. The purpose of this brunch is to provide a safe space for dialogue, community, networking and empowerment. Influential speakers are invited to join the panel to share their experiences such as: business, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and mental health. This is an interactive event that allows attendees to join in on the open panel, learn, and patronize the local vendors in attendance. The first two were a complete success and included partnerships like  Uncle Nearest Whiskey and Curls.

TLRA Cares - Community outreach (Families, Adults, Youth)

The Lipstickroyalty Agency in collaboration with several organizations like : Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Zeta Phi Beta, The Salvation Army, local food pantries - activated multiple community projects to help serve the community food, basic essentials, and even youth tutoring.

Uncle Nearest Whiskey Initiative - (Adults)

Our goal is to help whiskey lovers of all walks of life to fall in love with the fastest growing independent whiskey in the nation. Owned and founded by an African American woman Fawn Weaver who dispelled the story behind the whiskey which was that a slave named Nearest Greene is the godfather of whiskey. He mentored all of the whiskey master distillers such as Jack Daniels. We have activated dozens of events across the South East in support of the brand and to help educate others of the truth behind whiskey.
